The wording in the button indicates the items purpose.
For a project (something to make) labelled “Proj M” or “Proj S”. In the case of
a process (typically, how to sharpen an end mill), it is “Proc M” or “Proc S”
The letters M and S indicate it is the main (M) content of the pages or an embedded
subject (S) within them.
In addition, buttons labelled “Misc” are used for such items as. my books, data pages
and some of my personal pages, such as “My Workshop”
The details given here show the metalworking content of my web site, not only listing
the main subject, but also, items of interest on a different subject embedded within
In the case of embedded subjects this results in the viewer being linked to a page
inside the group of pages where the main subject commences. In some cases though,
it may be beneficial to read earlier pages within the group to achieve a greater
understanding of the embedded item.
